About The Position
CSI Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. As a nationwide specialty pharmacy, CSI Pharmacy is committed to providing exceptional services for patients with chronic and rare illnesses that require complex care. The Pharmacy Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring that our active patient fill schedule is meticulously audited and maintained, preventing any missed patient appointments. This position involves close collaboration with the nursing schedule in AlayaCare and the next fill date in CareTend, ensuring that all patient needs are met promptly and efficiently. In this role, the Pharmacy Scheduler will be responsible for auditing and maintaining the active patient fill schedule using various systems, including AlayaCare, CareTend, and Monday.com. The Scheduler will monitor any scheduling changes communicated by nursing supervisors to realign patient fill shipments accordingly. Additionally, the Scheduler will work closely with the Pharmacy Scheduling team to adjust fill schedules based on external factors such as weather conditions. The ability to organize and prioritize assigned workloads is essential to facilitate the accomplishment of these tasks. The Pharmacy Scheduler is expected to consistently represent CSI Pharmacy in a professional manner, maintaining effective working relationships and cooperating with all personnel within the company. Adherence to the company's compliance requirements, as outlined in the policy and procedure manual, is mandatory. The role may also involve performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the pharmacy operations.
