About The Position

At CSI Pharmacy (CSI), we are on a mission to provide Specialty Pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses in need of complex care. CSI is a rapidly growing national Specialty Pharmacy. Our Pharmacy Scheduler assists with auditing and maintaining the active patient fill schedule to ensure CSI does not miss any patients. This includes the monitoring of the nursing schedule in AlayaCare and the next fill date in CareTend. Requirements

  • Successful completion of an approved/accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program
  • Knowledge of basic drug terminology, pharmaceutical calculations, drug use and aseptic technique
  • Ability to provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication in order to build and maintain the maximum customer base possible
  • Ability to multi-task and frequently change direction

Responsibilities

  • Audits and maintains active patient fill schedule using the following systems: AlayaCare, CareTend and Monday.com
  • Monitors scheduling changes from nursing supervisors to realign patient fill shipments
  • Works with Pharmacy Scheduling team to adjust fill schedules based on weather and other external factors
  • Organizes assigned workload to facilitate its accomplishment
  • Consistently represents the company in a professional manner
  • Maintain effective working relationship and cooperate with all personnel in the Company
  • Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
