About The Position
This position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy. The candidate must be able to obtain a pharmacist license within the state of residency by the required deadline. Additionally, submission of residency application materials to the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) is necessary. Candidates must also participate in and adhere to the rules of the ASHP Resident Matching Program. Furthermore, the candidate should be a Certified Immunizer or be willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
