This position serves as operational lead for a portfolio of pharmacy products, product implementations and product enhancements; bringing seniority and experience to the oversight of multiple implementations of varying complexity and strategic importance; understanding product scope, group impacts, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise, maximizing business impact and value creation by challenging current state; proposing realistic, differentiated solutions and engage in development of member, account, and employer centric solutions; driving consistency across implementations; collaborating across the enterprise; building meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise to achieve department, team, and product goals; ensuring integration between partner teams; serving as an operational business liaison; managing vendor relationship; providing leadership, oversight and direction to junior professionals.
