Pharmacy Program Coordinator - Specialty Pharmacy - Per Diem
About The Position
Cedars-Sinai is seeking a per diem Specialty Pharmacist Program Coordinator to assist the Specialty Pharmacy Manager. This role involves accountability to the Specialty Pharmacy for all patient/consumer decisions and assisting in the development and oversight of Specialty Pharmacy related programs, including operational and clinical-decision making aspects. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring tasks are performed to maintain specialty pharmacy accreditation(s) and must be knowledgeable in disease state management involving Specialty Pharmacy Medications. Responsibilities
- Assist, under the direction of the Specialty Pharmacy Manager, and be accountable to the Specialty Pharmacy for all decisions affecting patients/consumers
- Assist in the development, and oversight of Specialty Pharmacy related programs, including operations and clinical-decision making aspects of the program, in the Specialty Pharmacy
- Ensure required tasks are performed to maintain specialty pharmacy accreditation(s)
