This position is accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, operating within state and federal laws and corporate policies. The role involves managing and maximizing the financial performance of the pharmacy department through budget monitoring, minimizing unauthorized overtime, staff training and development, ensuring excellent customer service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling pharmacy inventory, and implementing corporate-approved clinical services.
