About The Position

The Assistant Pharmacy Manager will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy. This position is responsible for achieving sales and profit goals established for the department, controlling all established quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians to meet the needs of the business. The role involves monitoring all functions, duties, and activities for the department, with a focus on customer service, operational workflow, technician supervision, and patient consultation. The Assistant Pharmacy Manager is expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current State Pharmacist Licensure in good standing.
  • Effective communication skills.

  • 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Experience in fulfilling prescription needs with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of trade area, customers, and competition.
  • Ability to create a friendly and cooperative pharmacy department image.
  • Experience in monitoring stock replenishment and inventory levels.
