About The Position
The position involves performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities, ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. The role serves as a full-time certified pharmacy technician responsible for operating pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, the technician supervises pharmacy technicians and cashiers, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. The technician is also responsible for the selection, scheduling, and development of pharmacy technician personnel, leading training, coaching, and performance management.
