Pharmacy Operations Manager

About the position

This position is for a pharmacy technician at Walgreens, where the candidate will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in providing medication and healthcare products to patients. The role requires a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The pharmacy technician will be expected to perform various tasks including managing inventory, processing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous people management/leadership experience.
• Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation.
