The position involves performing day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities, ensuring efficient pharmacy workflow and a positive patient experience. The role requires serving as a full-time certified pharmacy technician, responsible for operating pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. Under the supervision of a pharmacist, the technician will supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. The technician will also be responsible for the selection, scheduling, and development of pharmacy technician personnel, leading training, coaching, and performance management.
