About The Position

The pharmacy operations coordinator works in conjunction with members of the pharmacy operations department, clinic staff, and other corporate departments to complete all necessary tasks associated with the management of pharmacy operations both centrally and at the clinics. Specifically, the pharmacy operations coordinator will also support activities related to drug losses, central temperature monitoring of dashboards, meeting presentations, scheduling, compliance, analytics, and reports. The pharmacy operations coordinator will also assist with deliverables and continuous monitoring of projects initiated by the department.

Requirements

• High school education required; college degree preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician for 2+ years, highly preferred.
• Knowledge of intravenous/oncology drugs preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
