Consonus Pharmacy is seeking a Nurse Consultant (LVN or RN) based in the San Jose / Bay Area to support our long-term care and senior living partners throughout Northern California. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working independently, traveling to multiple communities, building relationships with clinical teams, and improving medication safety and systems of care. As a Nurse Consultant, you will partner closely with pharmacists, nursing leadership, and facility administrators to support medication management practices, staff education, and regulatory readiness across a portfolio of communities.
Requirements
- Must be an LVN or RN in the appropriate state.
- Ability to travel; occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Nursing experience in a clinical setting required.
Nice To Haves
- Long-Term care, hospice, or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
