Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Effective oral and written communication skills

• 1 year of retail experience
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Responsibilities

• Properly schedule and staff technicians to meet business needs.

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, including HIPAA.

• Monitor stock replenishment and inventory levels.
• Maintain proper records and security on all scheduled drugs.
• Ensure all accuracy tools are utilized appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle product returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain and organize all policy manuals and reference books.
