About The Position
Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center is one of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts serving Worcester, Framingham, Milford and the surrounding communities. We are a thriving and growing organization, and our team is expanding across sites to support this growth. We are currently hiring a Pharmacy Manager based in Worcester. This position Manager is responsible for the staffing and efficient daily operations at our BRAND NEW Lincoln Street pharmacy. As the primary pharmacist responsible for the health center’s compliance packaging program, this position plays a key role in the establishment of policies and expansion of the program. Responsible for contractual pharmacy relationships and performance, as well as relationships with academic institutions engaged in the training of pharmacists. Will be registered as pharmacist in charge with the Board of Pharmacy. *The role is expected to work from a home-based location but based on business needs and work activities/deliverables that week, a portion of their week may be spent at any health center site location*
