As a Pharmacy Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the assigned outpatient specialty pharmacy location. Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and departmental policies, and procedures, you will oversee all aspects of the pharmacy, including staff supervision, adherence to safe dispensing procedures, achievement of targeted goals, and compliance with laws and regulations. Your role involves maintaining quality improvement initiatives consistent with company standards, fostering a work environment where team members feel valued, heard, and respected. You will plan, organize, direct, and lead personnel to identify and implement new or improved processes. You will develop measurable metrics to drive quality improvement and enhance patient focused services. With a detailed understanding of system design, reengineering, project management, quality improvement, outcomes measurement, and statistical analysis, you will skillfully utilize these techniques to optimize pharmacy operations and service delivery.
