Hartford HealthCare’s Pharmacy System has grown to include 8 inpatient pharmacies, 9 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and our Ambulatory Care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Collaboration between our numerous pharmacy services and other members of the health care team is key to our commitment to continually improving how we provide patient care. The Pharmacy Manager provides supervisory oversight to pharmacy staff. Oversees the day-to-day management of pharmacy operational and regulatory processes, including functions related to\: medication order review, medication storage and preparation, drug distribution, and provision of drug information. Requirements

  • Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy
  • 3 years hospital pharmacist experience required.

Responsibilities
