As a Pharmacy Manager under the direction of the CPS Area/Director of Pharmacy, you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory. Pharmacy Location: Fall River Health Services in Hot Springs, SD Schedule: This full-time nonexempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, and additionally on Saturdays on an as needed basis. Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm, and Sunday, 7:00am-11:00am. After hours is supported by Remote Order Entry. This centralized pharmacy utilizes Cerner and Pyxis automation, EMAR and BVM. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (PharmD preferred)
  • Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
  • 3+ years of recent experience as an inpatient Pharmacist

  • Recent pharmacy management or supervisory experience
