The Pharmacy Manager of Clinical Operations and Accreditation serves as a key leader within UVA Health's Specialty Pharmacy, providing oversight of clinical pharmacist services and ensuring full compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for managing and developing the clinical pharmacist team, overseeing chronic disease management programs, and fostering strong clinic relationships to support provider collaboration. The manager ensures that pharmacists in clinic settings deliver high-quality services such as evidence-based prescribing support and patient education.
