Community Health Care is a leading non-profit organization that offers quality health care to underserved patients in Pierce County. We provide comprehensive family practice care, including medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in our seven clinics. We want you to join us in our mission to provide the highest quality healthcare with compassionate and accessible service for all. We are looking for Pharmacy Manager to join our clinics. The Pharmacy Manager works directly with the Pharmacy Director to set goals for the Pharmacy, review results, and improve operations. Works with the Pharmacy Director to support pharmacy goals and initiatives regarding finances, staffing and operations. They oversee the ordering and quality of inventory and product from appropriate supplier sources to meet customer demand and maximize gross profit. They also participate in programs to provide pharmacy services, such as Collaborative Drug Therapy Agreements programs and Medication Therapy Management. In addition, establishes and maintains good working relationships with physicians and other health care professionals. They practice as a pharmacist in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as Community Health Care policies and procedures. Plus, other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Valid Washington State Pharmacist License.
  • 1 - 3 years experience including supervisory experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
