Responsible for the day-to-day customer service activities, assists the clinical pharmacist in prior authorizations and support of all Vivid Clear Rx. Responsible for inbound and outbound patient phone calls, documentation of patient interaction, facilitation of patient to pharmacist consultations, patient enrollment functions, prior authorization requests and assisting with all customers’ needs and requests.
