About The Position

Responsible for making pharmaceutical therapies available for patients through preparation, repackaging, and distribution of drugs and drug-like products, under the supervision of a pharmacist. Provides leadership in work areas and assigned projects such as workflow redesign, performance improvement, safety, quality control, regulatory, administrative, staff development or technology. Demonstrates the ability to support pharmacists in delivering patient care. Possesses understanding and experience within a variety of pharmacy work environments. Demonstrates exceptional time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exercises management responsibilities through problem-solving and collaboration, independently and as delegated by supervising pharmacist or preceptor. Provides excellent customer care by helping to maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the pharmacy. Requirements

  • Registered with NC Board of Pharmacy Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy Required
