This position is for a Pharmacy Intern who is enrolled as a student in the first year of a college of pharmacy. It is a paid internship focused on training and learning, where the incumbent will assist pharmacists in delivering appropriate, safe, efficacious, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical care. The intern will participate in various procedural aspects of pharmacy practice under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and is considered an integral part of the pharmacy team. The role supports Pharmacy Services across all care locations, including acute, community, ambulatory, and specialty settings. The intern is expected to work 20 hours per week, which includes evenings, weekends, and major holiday rotations.
