About The Position

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Procure, store and aid in the dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies related to both patient and departmental needs. To prepare for a future role as a pharmacist by combining knowledge of pharmaceuticals with technical and clinical experiences learned during the internship program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Participates in the medication distribution system within TJUH. · Prepares parenteral products using aseptic technique. · Assures the provision of quality pharmacy services. · Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
