Requirements

• High School graduate or GED.
• Enrolled in an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Registered Pharmacy Intern in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, if required by the state of employment.
• IV Certification or training, based on state requirements.
• Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the technical and clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing under the supervision of a preceptor pharmacist.
• Assist in pharmacy operations.
• Participate as a member of a team with reliability and punctuality.
• Maintain competency in the compounding of sterile IV medications.
• Perform related work as required.
