Summary: In this role, you will support the overall comparative data and performance improvement strategic plan with a focus on leveraging data. You will provide support for performance improvement consultation to members arising from initiatives; engaging quality and clinical staff to leverage data that guides performance improvement.

Requirements

  • PharmD degree required.
  • No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analytic support and assistance with the development and implementation of comparative clinical performance reporting, research, publications, consulting, and other custom advisory services provided to members.
  • Provide support for performance improvement consultation to members arising from initiatives.
  • Assist in the definition and expansion of performance metrics and the development of reporting capability to enhance the utility for members.
  • Provide staff support to major analytical activities to support executive engagement and other strategic investigations.
  • Contribute directly to written deliverables such as quantitative data, white papers, Power Point presentations, self-assessment tools, survey instruments, etc.
  • Facilitate member experience and participation through correspondence, conference calls, and meetings.
  • Participate actively in the conceptualization of projects and conducts original research analysis under the direction of senior staff.
  • Establish detailed work plans & timelines and ensure that work is completed in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate on projects undertaken and managed by colleagues in other disciplines.
