About The Position

Lumicera Health Services is defining the “new norm” in specialty pharmacy to optimize patient well-being through our core principles of transparency and stewardship. We are adding a Fulfillment Specialist to our Specialty Pharmacy Operations-Madison department. This role is onsite in our Madison WI location, working Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS) in a clean, bright environment with heat, air conditioning and best-in-class health benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED is strongly preferred
• One year fulfillment support experience or equivalent work experience and knowledge preferred
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Performs packaging and shipping duties based upon established protocols
• Provides daily primary support within the shipping, packaging, and fulfillment areas
• Assists in receipt and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies within the pharmacy
• Acts in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and with the highest ethical standards
• Completes routine packing and shipping work between shipments
• Serves as backup for other departments
• Other duties as assigned
