Summary: In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a data-driven pharmacy analytics strategy to advance supply chain performance, financial optimization, and client value. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, identify trends and risks, and inform contracting, sourcing, and operational strategies. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, serve as a subject matter expert, and mentor emerging talent to strengthen analytic capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree required (e.g., PharmD or BS Pharmacy).
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Licensed Pharmacist required.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare analytics, informatics, and pharmaceutical supply chain.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).
  • Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and communicating with executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy PGY2 residency or fellowship in informatics, administration, or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of pharmacy analytics initiatives that advance supply chain performance and financial outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to guide contracting and sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to align analytic solutions with business priorities.
  • Develop and implement analytic tools, reports, and dashboards to support business and client needs.
  • Establish and maintain data governance, validation, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into program development and decision-making.
  • Implement process and analytic improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and cost savings.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy analytics and provide consultative guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor interns, residents, and fellows to build analytic capabilities and innovation.
