About The Position
As the Independent Pharmacy Enrollment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of IQVIA, a leading global provider of advanced analytics and technology solutions in the life sciences industry. This hybrid role requires you to work both remotely and in the New Providence, NJ office, ensuring that you are available for 40 hours per week, typically from 9 am to 6 pm EST. Your primary responsibility will be to review and verify information related to Independent Pharmacies, Specialty Pharmacies, and Health Care facilities before they are added to the IQVIA network. This involves performing administrative duties that require careful handling of confidential information, necessitating tact, diplomacy, and discretion. In this position, you will assist in researching and compiling specific data, as well as preparing pharmacy enrollment documentation for management review and approval. You will be expected to learn and utilize all required internal applications and navigate industry-standard internet sites to support your findings and recommendations. Maintaining organized files in accordance with departmental service level agreements is essential, as is the ability to manage various forms of correspondence and reports. Additionally, you will provide relevant data and backup support materials to assist your manager with day-to-day operations. This may include tracking department performance data and completing regularly scheduled reports by their due dates. You will also be responsible for ensuring that communications are dispatched promptly and accurately, and you will participate in internal audits to meet documented Senior Leadership requirements. As a team member, you will provide initial support for customer requests through various communication channels and develop the necessary technical and interpersonal skills to build effective business relationships with clients. Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management will also be part of your role.
