About The Position

Seeking an energetic and personable person to work in our pharmacy department. In this role you will oversee the pharmacy home delivery program. Some of your duties will include coordinating delivery schedule and processes, handling issues with delivery equipment failures/fixes and training new employees in the delivery process. A valid driver's license is required for this role. Grace Health offer competitive wages based on experience and up to 3 weeks of PTO in the first year! Other perks include no nights or weekend work. Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate to a wide range of educational levels and backgrounds.
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills
  • Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to stay safe while driving
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time to meet delivery deadline expectations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the geographic area and be able to assess the best routes according to the delivery schedule.
  • Utilize navigation systems and route organizer.
  • Ability to drive during inclement weather.
  • Excellent ability to maintain accurate product and delivery records.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-year experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
  • 1-year of licensed driving experience required.
  • Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities
