Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

About the position

This position requires fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the exception of Puerto Rico. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekend hours. The role is primarily in a retail environment, and applicants with prior experience at Walgreens are preferred.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Nice-to-haves

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Prefer good computer skills
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control
• Prefer PTCB certification.
