As a caregiver on the Pharmacy Critical Care team, you'll play a vital role in advancing patient care across medical, surgical, cardiac and neurological multidisciplinary services. Your day will include engaging in rounds with providers, performing order verification to support safe and effective treatment, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and opportunities for education, research and quality work. In this dynamic role, you'll have opportunity to work in specialized medical ICUs such as Pulmonary, Oncology, Liver, the Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute (HVTI) ICUs specializing in cardiac and cardiothoracic care, Surgical ICU teams (including Transplant), and Neuro ICU teams.
