A caregiver in this role will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to critically ill cardiac patients within the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. This caregiver will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, participating in patient care rounds and ensuring the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications. The pharmacist will perform pharmacotherapeutic monitoring, provide patient-specific drug information, and optimize complex medication regimens in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. A caregiver in this role will work full time, Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm.
