Complete Health is looking for a Pharmacy Clerk to join our pharmacy team and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our patients. What You’ll Do As a Pharmacy Clerk, your primary focus is excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, dependable, and prompt
• Sensitivity and commitment to serving low-income, underserved, and diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting pharmacy customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Managing prescription intake for new prescriptions and refills
• Informing patients of expected wait times
• Operating the cash register for prescription purchases
• Keeping the pharmacy area clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Completing end-of-day pharmacy procedures
• Supporting the Pharmacist with additional duties as assigned
• Maintaining strict HIPAA confidentiality and safety compliance
