As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will provide friendly, timely, and professional support to pharmacy customers while ensuring smooth daily operations within the pharmacy. You will assist with customer service, order lookups, billing issue resolution, supply management, courier coordination, and general administrative tasks to help maintain an efficient and compliant pharmacy environment. Pharmacy Location: Located within Lee Health Specialty Pharmacy in Estero, FL 8350 Hospital Drive, Suite 120, Estero FL 34135 Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, 40 hours per week You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recent work experience in customer service role
  • Proficient computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist pharmacy customers in person and by phone, providing timely and professional service
  • Look up customer information and order status using pharmacy systems, escalating issues to pharmacy liaisons as needed
  • Operate the pharmacy POS system and assist customers with basic billing concerns over the phone
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including sorting/distributing mail and maintaining pharmacy and office supply inventories
  • Coordinate mailing, shipping, and courier services, maintaining records and resolving service issues when needed
  • Support compliance activities such as temperature monitoring and shipping verification
