About The Position

Red Rock Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacy clerk to work our 10AM-6:30PM shift, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate is focused, organized, and detail-oriented. The pharmacy clerk should be courteous, a skilled communicator, and able to work both independently and also as part of a team. They must also be prompt, able to meet time-based deadlines, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The pharmacy clerk will report to the pharmacy manager.

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Must be friendly, positive, and have a patient attitude
• Good written and verbal communication
• Basic Computer Skills
• At least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Filing paperwork including pharmacy records, delivery logs, etc.
• Maintaining and auditing paperwork
• Maintaining accurate and adequate supply inventory
• Processing mail and packing slips
• Assisting with general administrative tasks and office work
• Ensures workspace is neat and organized
• Assisting other departments with administrative work as necessary
• Assisting the Manager with projects
• Utilizes technology to perform duties
