Requirements

• Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and operating the cash register.
• Performing data entry, including patient demographic and medical history.
• Answering phones and making outbound refill reminder calls.
• Addressing customers' basic questions to appropriate team members.
• Receiving inventory and restocking OTC items.
• Ordering, receiving, and storing incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area, pharmacy counters, OTC shelves, and equipment.
• Upholding patients' rights including privacy and confidentiality.
• Providing excellent customer service and treating customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Conducting customer outreach calls regarding compliance and routine matters.
• Preparing and packaging orders for delivery and shipment.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
