About The Position

Provides patient centered customer service to internal and external clients. Serves as a point of contact to patients, providers and pharmacies including answering inbound calls and coordinating delivery and fills of patient‘s medications. Serves as a liaison between other departments within the pharmacy and patients and collects key patient information essential for any clinical staff. Estimated pay range for this position is $19.44 - $25.27 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician
  • Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry
  • Must demonstrate high levels customer service experience
  • At least one year experience within a Call Center or fast past environment
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment required
  • Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of/proficient in Medical terminology preferred (written & oral)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred
  • PTCB highly preferred
