About The Position
Leads, implements, and simultaneously manages a variety of operational initiatives in collaboration with supply chain, IT colleagues, physicians, practice leaders, BHSF executive leadership, general counsel, audit & compliance, consultants, and other leaders throughout the system, to support BHSF Pharmacy Department goals. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the centralized pharmaceutical contracting process, along with supervising procurement procedures with a focus on standardization and cost savings. Shares in accountability of Pharmacy KPI‘s and works with stakeholders to ensure compliance. Acts as the direct liaison between pharmacy and administrators for areas of responsibility. Assists with special projects as assigned. Estimated salary range for this position is $69845.44 - $90799.07 / year depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with clinical terminology and pharmaceuticals preferred.
- Clinical work flow and process management experience as well as experience leading standardizations and quality-related initiatives a plus.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn new concepts and job requirements quickly.
- Must possess strong analytical and communication skills to present effectively to varied audiences, including senior level management.
