About The Position

Responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making across retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacy services. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting pharmacy-related data to inform operational strategy, clinical or quality initiatives, and financial performance. By transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, the coordinator supports the development of dashboards, performance metrics, business cases, and workflow improvements that align with departmental and enterprise goals. In addition to routine analytics, this role contributes to system enhancements that improve data and planning processes, and provides guidance during strategic planning and annual budgeting efforts. The coordinator also supports key projects, conducts trend analyses, and facilitates financial modeling to evaluate new initiatives or assess existing ones. Collaborating closely with pharmacy leadership and finance, the ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen, business advisory capabilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmacy industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of senior level health care finance experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or similar.
  • Must have excellent analytical skills, written and oral communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experienced user of finance/accounting systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy data experience; knowledge of PBMs, pharmacy pricing, rebates, and contracts is preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred.
