About The Position

The Pharmacy Automation Analyst at Jackson Health is responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing pharmacy software systems and technology. This role involves consulting with pharmacy teams to recommend best practices and implementing system enhancements to optimize workflow and performance. The position requires effective communication and customer service skills to support pharmacy staff and address inquiries from pharmacy customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Entry level position, generally requires 0 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to exercise sound and independent judgment.
  • Knowledge and skill in use of job appropriate technology and software applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy specific certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site and remotely by phone.
  • Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed.
  • Diagnose workflow issues and optimize system performance.
  • Conduct technical analysis and review of system performance.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Organize ideas and clearly communicate to management any software related issues.
  • Deliver service and support to end-users.
  • Interact with pharmacy customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
  • Build customer relationships through providing superior customer service.
  • Monitor and restore systems and backups.
  • Demonstrate behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise).
  • Perform all other related job duties as assigned.
