The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Applications Analyst - Richardson, Texas to join our team! This position will support all Texas Oncology locations. What does the Pharmacy Applications Ananlys do? Under direct supervision, supports, maintains, and resolves problems with the company's applications.Masters the company's suite of information technologies to enhance processes, and communications and develops close relationships with users to ensure consistent customer service. Applies information technologies in the timely design, implementation and installation of high quality solutions for the company. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Clinical Profession, or related discipline
  • Or
  • Associates degree + Four (4) years of related work experience
  • Or
  • High School diploma or equivalent + Eight (8) years of related work experience
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records, Pharmacy systems, internet architecture and applications implementations.

Nice To Haves

  • Project leadership skills preferred.
  • Clinical knowledge/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • System Integration & Connectivity
  • Develop, implement, and maintain interfaces between pharmacy management systems, EMRs/EHRs, dispensing automation,
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with IT and vendor support teams to ensure system uptime and data integrity.
  • Support new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations within the pharmacy technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and regulatory submissions.
  • Project Management
  • Lead or support tech related projects within the pharmacy from planning to implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation to align stakeholders across pharmacy, IT, and other departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate testing, validation, and go-live activities.
