About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy operations, or data analysis.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management programs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and apply regulatory compliance guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy software and Epic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes.
• Develop systems to limit program liabilities and conduct audits to prevent duplicate discounts and diversion.
• Provide education and training on 340B policies and procedures to staff.
• Assist with all 340B Program audits and perform monthly self-audits of pharmacy operations.
• Monitor and audit state Medicaid claims for compliance with 340B Program requirements.
• Develop reports to track the financial impact of the 340B Program and improve compliance and performance.
• Oversee inventory purchasing processes and manage supplier relations.
• Coordinate purchasing for split inventories within pharmacies.
