The position involves post-marketing product surveillance, which includes proactive product monitoring, adverse event trending, signal detection, and signal management. The role requires providing risk assessments when applicable and representing Pharmacovigilance in cross-functional product surveillance teams. The candidate will author safety review sections of regulatory reports or other communications as required and build and maintain technical files within the global signal management system. Utilizing technical tools with the Pharmacovigilance suite of software solutions is essential. The role also involves providing innovative ideas and solutions to the evolving signal detection and signal management landscape, educating and training others on Global Pharmacovigilance Systems, Processes, and Procedures, and providing daily support, mentorship, and coaching to junior colleagues. Additionally, the candidate will provide quality oversight for the PV project team as assigned.

  • US Work Authorization
  • DVM degree
  • Minimum 5 years' clinical veterinary practice or animal health experience.
  • Experience with pharmacovigilance Signal Detection/Signal Management, data analytics, statistics, and/or epidemiology preferred.
  • Knowledge of veterinary Pharmacovigilance regulations across multiple geographies preferred.
  • Experience in preparation of regulatory submissions preferred.
  • Experience in interpretation of regulations, guidelines, and policies preferred.
