About The Position

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions that are essential to the operation of the pharmacy. You will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service and support. This includes advising on prescriptions, managing chronic and specialty conditions, and leading the Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. You will be accountable for the management and oversight of all aspects of the pharmacy, which includes patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer service. In this role, you will also be responsible for personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. A key component of your position will be to keep customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs. You will lead with empathy and compassion, motivating and inspiring your team to maximize their strengths and address development opportunities. Your ability to identify critical business opportunities and implement meaningful solutions will be crucial in driving growth and improving performance within the pharmacy. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will need to adapt to changes in a dynamic community healthcare setting, seek new ways to grow, and collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes.
