About The Position
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and personable Pharmacist to join the Arcare team. In this vital role, you will manage all aspects of our pharmacy program, oversee the ordering and dispense pharmaceutical drugs while ensuring compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations. You will work closely with the Clinical Services Coordinator, Quality/TQI Director, and CFO to maintain and manage all 340B and DMEPOS policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to TJC, CMS, and other regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes health and wellness.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use electronic medical record systems required
- Pharmacist license in the state of practice
