About The Position

We are searching for a Pharmacist for our Emerald Clinic who floats 1 day a week. Purpose The Pharmacist is an important team member supporting the Pharmacy Services department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Pharmacist shall be accountable for 1) Dispensing prescriptions, 2) Communicating with prescribers 3) Ensuring Patients Safety 4) Counseling Patients 5) Communicating with insurance companies 6) Performing administrative tasks 8) Educating health provider colleagues and 9) Responsible for drug inventory at their location. The Pharmacist works closely with the pharmacy technician(s) as well as team members from the nursing, reception, and provider departments. Schedule This schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-6pm. FQHC/340B experience is beneficial Licensure / Certification: Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date. Credentialing Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for PharmD scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check. Other Our organization is a tobacco-free workplace. We require immunizations for all staff to include an annual influenza vaccine as a requisite for employment. Newly hired staff who are not able to be vaccinated due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs must apply for vaccination exemption prior to employment.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.
