Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Director, the Pharmacist dispenses pharmaceutical drugs, medical supplies, and prescriptions. The Pharmacist provides direct pharmaceutical services to health care professionals and patients regarding drug therapy. The Pharmacist is a supervisory classification overseeing the work of the pharmacy technicians. The employee is responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of pharmaceutical drugs and prescriptions. It is the primary purpose of CHCCC to provide the highest quality of total care possible to the patient population it serves. Such a level of quality depends ultimately on the staff's desire and ability to work together, individually, and as a team. The employee is expected to be professional, punctual, maintain regular attendance, be cooperative, organized, and enthusiastic at all times.
