Hartford HealthCare’s Pharmacy System has grown to include 8 inpatient pharmacies, 6 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and our Ambulatory Care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Requirements

• Pharm.D required
• Required to show copy of valid Connecticut Pharmacy license
• provide documentation of Title ACPE # and amount of credit before February 1st of every year
• Good problem solving, communication, collaboration, and counseling skills are required

Nice To Haves

• Pharmacy residency highly preferred
• BCPS certification preferred
• consideration will be given to other individuals with > 5 years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital
• Prior experience with EPIC systems preferred
