About The Position
Monitors patient drug therapy; interprets, evaluates and fills valid physician orders, medication reorders and pharmacy requisitions; and provides information concerning all aspects of drug therapy to ensure the timely, accurate and appropriate administration of medications and IV solutions to patients of all ages in accordance with all state and federal regulations, established peer standards and Hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Six (6) months on-the-job internship.
- New York State Pharmacy License and Registration
