Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Pharmacists working in outpatient pharmacy settings need immunization certification through an accredited organization or school of pharmacy (e.g. APhA, PSW)
- Pharmacist license to practice in Minnesota.
- Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Responsibilities
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
- Provide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related product
